FAQ — HireTwist

Question 1

What exactly is reverse recruiting?

Accepted Answer

Reverse recruiting means we work for you — the job seeker — not for employers. Traditional recruiters are paid by companies to fill their open roles. We are paid by you to manage your job search and advocate exclusively for your career goals.

Question 2

How is HireTwist different from a staffing agency?

Accepted Answer

Staffing agencies represent employers and fill positions that benefit their clients — the companies. HireTwist represents you. We search across all employers, not just those who pay us, and our only goal is to help you land the right role for your career.

Question 3

Do you guarantee job placement or interviews?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or any specific outcome. What we guarantee is a structured, organized, and professionally executed search on your behalf.

Question 4

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. HireTwist offers a 7-day free trial at no charge, including up to 10 applications, a dedicated recruiter, resume review, ATS assessment, and application tracking. You will not be charged until the trial ends.

Question 5

What plans are available?

Accepted Answer

HireTwist offers Focus ($299/mo), Momentum ($499/mo), Concierge ($749/mo), Military Career Launch ($499/mo), and Volume Apply ($200 one-time). All monthly plans include a dedicated recruiter, job sourcing, application management, and client portal access.

Question 6

How many applications will you submit per month?

Accepted Answer

Application limits depend on your plan: Focus up to 60/month, Momentum up to 90/month, Concierge up to 120/month, Military Career Launch up to 60/month, Volume Apply up to 100 one-time standard applications.
